Reports, closing out and exporting your data

Run sales reports, close out the drawer at the end of the night, and export your reports and guest list.

On this page

Your sales, your drawer and your guest list can all be taken out of SeasonX at any time.

Sales reports

WhereBusinessReports

Choose Today, This week, This month or Custom, then Export CSV, Export PDF or Email report. On a tablet, an export opens the share sheet so you can save or send it.

Close out the drawer

  1. Start

    On the drawer bar, tap Close out.

  2. Count

    Follow Count the drawer and enter what is in it.

  3. Finish

    Tap Close out, and Print the summary if you want a paper copy.

Export your guest list

WhereClients

Tap Export CSV for the whole list, or Copy emails to copy every email address. Staff logins do not see these options.
