Questions owners actually ask.

The basics

What SeasonX is, and what happens on a call.

SeasonX is an AI receptionist and point-of-sale suite for restaurants. It answers your phone 24/7, takes reservations and takeout orders, runs the floor, the kitchen and the check, and markets your restaurant back to the guests it has already recorded.

For restaurants

Reservations, the floor, the kitchen and the check.

Yes. It captures party size, requested time, contact number, allergies and any note like a birthday or a high chair, confirms the details back to the caller, and puts the booking on the book. It only offers times you can actually seat.

SeasonX POS

The register, payments, offline behaviour and reporting.

SeasonX POS is a point-of-sale system for restaurants. It runs the register, the payments, the tips and the reporting, built around tables, kitchen tickets and split checks. Every sale also writes a customer record that the SeasonX CRM uses to bring that guest back.

Pricing and setup

What it costs, and how long it takes to go live.

SeasonX is free to start: Free takes cash and gift cards, with no card, for 30 days. The POS plans are priced by team size — $99 a month for up to 5 staff, $199 for up to 10 and $299 for up to 20, with a custom plan for 21 or more — and add card payments, text messages and the AI receptionist with unlimited calls. A business that only wants the AI receptionist can take the AI plan instead, at $0.25 a minute. Paid plans are billed on the 1st, with the first month pro-rated. Current figures are on the pricing page.

Data and trust

Who sees what, what is kept, and how to get it back.

You can. Each business is isolated from every other business on the platform, staff see only what their role allows, and logs are sanitised so personal details are not left lying around in diagnostics. The full detail is on the Security and Data page.
