You can remove a single guest from SeasonX yourself, and ask us to delete your restaurant’s data entirely.
Delete a customer record

- Archive client hides them from your lists, and can be undone.
- Delete permanently removes the record. You type the customer’s name to confirm.

Facts the receptionist has kept about a caller can be deleted one at a time under Analytics → Customer memory in the dashboard. See your calls, transcripts and memory.
Delete your business data
Closing your business signs everyone out and ends billing, but keeps your records. To ask for them to be deleted, follow the steps on the data deletion page. In the app, Help & support → Deleting your data takes you there too.
